Reliable quality sensors

PCME has developed a series of reliable sensors for use in dynamic charge method instruments. This ensures that PCME electric particle measurement instruments can be used under harsh working conditions in some industrial applications, and enables long-term reliable operation of electric particle measurement (depending on the application).

The following sensor and module options are available for:
• High pressure and high temperature applications
Extreme temperature (incineration)
• Acid protection (combustion of high sulfur fuels)
• High temperature acidic protection (same as above, higher temperature level)
• High humidity applications (industrial processes and spray dryers)
Air purification sensor (for applications with conductive particles and high particle content)
Explosive particle and gas zones (ATEX and IEX)

The above solutions are used as "modules" or "options". If used as a 'module', it is an independent component added to the standard sensor; If used as an 'option', the sensor is used as an alternative mechanical design.
